Tom is the owner and head butcher at Wylye Valley Meats. After catering college Tom decided to go into butchery and now has a passion for providing quality produce to his customers. Having worked his way up to butchery manager he concluded that now was the time to branch out and set up on his own.
We aim to source all our meat from the local area wherever possible and we work hard to serve our customers the freshest and highest quality cuts of meat, while providing a range of options to suit all tastes and budgets. We offer all the usual cuts, homemade sausages and offer regular deals so you have the option to try new cooking experiences!
